3.5 lbs for me this week. Well on track to meet my 25 lb target at this rate. Was the only attendee at my meeting this week as everyone else had commitments, so talked with my LLC about route to management and we're thinking I might be ready to start it in about a month.

What you do is quote the most recent list, update your weight details, and then remove the [ q u o t e ] boxes at the beginning and end!!!

Et voila, all updated!!! Xxx

I just highlight the list, press 'ctrl c' to copy, and then go to quick reply and 'ctrl v' to paste and then change my weight loss and post the reply

Doesn't it lose it's colour then?! (I've no idea, I've only done it the other way!!) if not, that sounds much easier!!

I tried it on my phone the other day and lost all colour!!! Ooops!! Xxx
