1st steps taken for Lipotrim

Hi,

I'm Victoria....and today I picked up my 1st weeks sachets for Lipotrim....I have uhhmed and ahhhed over this, and although I have been doing slimming world since beginning of April and have lost 7lb's....but it isnt coming off quick enough for me and I know I will get disheartened:sigh:.

I am going away in 11 weeks time, so I have decided to try Lipotrim for a month (maybe up until I go away), just to give me the boost that I need.

I know someone who has done it and has had an amazing weightloss, and has kept it off, and she looks fab.

Hey!!

I've come over from SW too. I intend to go back once I
7 pounds off goal and stick to their red plan which is lowish in carbs

I'm just starting to find me feet but it's very hard going from a diet plan that let's you eat unlimited amounts of certain foods to very very restricted amounts!

I'm fed up with messing about though and I seriously believe this is the way forward!

Ive come over from SW after loosing 2 and a half stone and im still finding my feet lol.

Just like wahat was said earlier from eating anything to eating nothing is hard within its self, but this is a great place for support.

This is my first day on lipotrim and its not that bad so far, we are all here to help and support ya

Hi all and thanks for your messages of support.....so far so good, I have managed to get through day one - Yay me!

And your right it is very hard, making the transition from SW to Lipotrim, but nothing ventured, nothing gained is going to be my mantra from now on....
