1st Weigh In from being off WW for a while!

Well got on the scales and lost 2lbs, wish it was more but I'm not complaining as its better than nothing and I did cheat a little bit over the weekend with having a couple of drinks! ;) Also I worked out that on average if I lost 2lbs a week up until my holiday I would hopefully lost 20lbs by that time and if I can do that I will be sooooo please! To get a stone off alone is a great achievement and can feel it in your clothes and just generally make me feel a bit more comfortable in my swimwear.

Anyway just thought I would update you all! By the way, does anyone swim as part of their exercise and noticed a body image difference? Am thinking of doing this xx

2lbs is a great start, congrats! 2lbs a week is good average to work on as it's a healthy weight loss per week, so good luck hitting that 20 before you go on holiday!

I dont swim unfortunately, far too conscious about doing so, but swimming is a great way of getting exercise alongside a diet so Im sure it would make even the slightest bit of difference.

Any sort of low-impact exercise that uses all your muscles will def. help! If you're confident enough, swimming regularly will almost certainly make a big difference in your body tone. I am doing Pilates, which I find better for me (don't like chlorine!).
