Great going Diane! Well done, yep it's always nice to see those scales moving again!! You should be very proud of yourself, you are doing great and lost a lot. Maybe changing diets was the best thing you could do to give your metabolism the boost it needed.

I've only lost 1lb this week, but after the weekend I had I'm surprised it was anything!:eek:

Did redeem myself a bit with a bike ride last night and jogging tonight though!
