I've read somewhere that Asda smart price macaroni cheese tinned was one of the lowest in syns - can anyone tell me how many??

Apparently the asda GFY egg mayonnaise sandwich filler is free but I couldn't find any with the GFY label on it but I have asda 50% less fat egg mayonnaise - is that free?

    Thanks!
