Making it all add up
OK, so I only ost 1lb last week, let's put that into perspective. Overall loss has been spectacular and I am already over 1stone lighter than my original target, so all's good.
2 milestones though today:
1. Played badminton for an hour this morning, and was able to 'run' around for the whole hour, and even better wasn't sodden with sweat afterwards! (would have been dripping after 10 minutes before).
2. Just been shopping, and my previous delight at getting into smaller clothes has been supassed. Have just bought some MEDIUM sized swimmers!!!! - Yes, honestly ME!
Woo, and Hoo. So in 12 weeks I've gone from a large XXL, to Medium.
This wasn't my reason for starting LL, but by heavens it helps
