From what I've read (I could be wrong) but from what other people have done its roughly 2-3lb a week doing it that way, but if you haven't got much to lose you probably haven't got much fat to lose so could be bit less x

Yeah Emmy Lu your spot on as I had less to lose I lost 2lb but you should average at least 2 - 4lb depending on your start weght :)
