well i have reached the 2 stone i wanted to lose and a bit extra,so now the 2.5 pounds extra i have to play with,if i happen to put a pound on 1 week it wont really bother me as i have like i said the extra weight loss to play with,so what ever i lose every week now will deffo be a bonus.im loving the new me
