20/20 Challenge??

Right Im new to this :wave_cry: and need a challenge to keep me going!!

Who is up for this one!!?

Basically for 20 days you stick to the diet 100% and exercise for at least 20 minutes a day and see how much we lose??

So, would that be until 6th October? I'm up for that!! I still haven't had a 100% day yet though so can we start tomorrow???

well i started the day i posted lol i thought you were starting the day you posted thats why i went ahead and started! lol but yes i wont count them! Lets start tomorrow! What will you be doing for exercise? Im going to try and walk at the park for atleast 30mins - 60mins 4-5 times a week. And do sit ups and stuff!

For exercise Monday/Tues and wed this week I will be going to the gym for hour/hour and a half while my daughter is at nursery and the rest of the week when Im working I will either go for a walk or do an exercise dvd :):)

How have you been getting on? I feel really motivated today esp after my bad weekend!!

I work out that 20 days will be 10 October!! I normally weigh on a Tuesday/Wednesday!!
