Good luck to you, I've restarted today after 6 months off it, I was finding it difficult to stick to with my job (long hours) I lost 3 stone and gained back one but I could do with cutting my weight in half
Seeing as I have a new job I think it's time for a new start and I want to be able to shop in primark this year
Good luck to you hun I have yo-yo'ed for years going from 9st-15st and back again and again and again. Now im back up there again and want to not only lose it, but keep it off for good. Best of luck to you we can do it, 2013 will be the year xx
