So I have been licking in the back ground for sometime now, and after I went back to slimming world on Wednesday and wow that was a shock. I was 16,8... Dear god how did that happen! Well it doesn't matter what that number was I will never see it again, as this time is all about me. 2013 is my year and boy is it going to be a busy one. So 5 days in I'm doing ok... Aim eating my sins but not going over them.

So why is this my year, valentines day in France, Easter in India, July 20 days traveling in Croatia
August start trying for a family.
There is not a chance I will be lugging my 16'8 arse around with me so it's time to get moving and fit
