2014 weight loss challenge

Morning ladies and gents,I've been messing around for way too long now,time to get back on it.i went off the wagon big style last week,even though intuitive eating was working for me,so I'm going to try again today and I'm going to start exercising again too.id like to lose a stone before Xmas and losing a pound a week would let me do that,so fingers crossed

Could someone change me to 5lbs lost please? *sobs* lol

Hi sorry about ur gain - but ur posting it and hopefully that'll mean ur gonna tackle it! U may have seen I put on 15lbs on my long hol so I'll be tackling that alongside u!

Just realised my loss works out at around half a pound a month from January to now lol,not ideal!

Better averaging a loss rather than a gain tho Autumn eh? Shall we try to get 2 off each, this week?
 
Thats makes 3 of us. Need my wise words from upndown to keep me sane!

Good idea not to weigh whilst exercise all firmly into your routine. Same happens to me autumn.

Anyway 1lb off today. Slowly but surely. :)

Hey I'm back - I've had a horrible bug for a week - but unfortunately I didn't lose weight - no surprise cos I was eating all the wrong stuff (to make me feel better of course!)
 
I'm kind of just plodding along at the minute! Started exercising again and it always negatively affects the scales so I'm avoiding them for a while until I get in the swing of things as I don't want a gain putting me off exercising.food wise I'm not doing great but I'm trying to make subtle changes so I don't feel like I'm on a diet as such.how are you?

And yes,where is upndown? I miss her,it's so quiet here without her :-(

I'm back u'll see from other posts - I've been I'll for a week after a month's hol and put on 15lbs - glad to be back - must shift this flab!!

thx - nice to be back - feeling brighter today - hope ur right and I can get this weight off sharpish - clothes stretching to the max!! Losing 3.25 like u wd be a great start next week.

My own fault.

I stupidly peeked at the scales two days early and it showed a 5lb gain even though I had been 90% good. So we had a bad evening eating lots of naughty stuff as it put me in a mood. Then when I weighed on weigh-day I was actually only 1.8lb up in the end so if I hadn't of binged I may have lost after all

*smacks head on wall repeatedly*

I feel your pain I'm struggling big time at the minute,don't know what to be at.i feel like I only lose weight when I'm strictly following something,but then I inevitably binge so I thought intuitive eating would help that,but it's only really useful once I've actually lost the weight and since I need to lose nearly three stone I don't really have time to mess around. What plan are you trying at the minute?
