Woo-woo - that's a great loss - I always consider 1-2lbs average so good - anything over is a real victory - well done!!
 
Congrats CatA that's great!

How do you guys deal with having a meal that's off plan? I'm going to my oh's sisters for dinner and I'm not 100percent what we are having but they don't cook healthily so it won't be great, I've not eaten anything yet bar half a banana and am not sure how to deal with it as it's quite early so I know I will probably have to eat something later or il be so hungry
 
I just have it and think of it as a treat day then cut snacks if I can the rest of week (but not if starving)

Usually balances out by end
 
I think il try that, it's just I had a treat meal last week and some dessert and only lost 0.25 pounds that week so I'm really scared of it happening again!
 
It's hard autumn when you don't know exactly what's in meals. I tend to break down the recipe best I can and really over estimate the values. I had a yummy meal at my MILs last night and I did that. Was really good and had veg and no potatoes and raspberries alone instead of trifle !!
 
eugh i did rubbish yesterday lol. i ended up calorie counting for the day and it was 2000 calories or something like that-i could have been better but could have been worse too i suppose!

really struggling with having scoffed my weeklies so early-i have 2 left after dinner tonight and i'm struggling at the thought of it :-(
 
Hi everyone how's it going? I've been off track for a week so trying to stay focused today as its my first day back on track. I've been having issues with chocolate. Chocolate is the devil in disguise lol.

Mmmmm chocolate.

I allow myself some choc every day to keep cravings at bay. I keep boxes of those kinder mini bars in desk drawer. Only 71 cals each and if you suck each square they last long enough to enjoy it lol

HI guys, not too good this week for me - had a 3lb gain.
Im actually ok with it now and planning to get it GONE next week.
The crappy days are out of my system and plan to reclaim my marbles from the "to lose" jar!

That's true but they're yummy. Its been reeses mini peanut butter cups that I have been finding hard to resist.

Delicious if you like chocolate and peanut butter/sweet and savoury but very very sweet. It can be quite sickly.
