I am hoping to reach my target by August but I've got 3 big holidays to contend with before then so we will have to see.
I do mainly Slimming World, I only really follow the recipes but it seems to be working well at the moment :) x

What are people planning on doing for pancake day?

Considering doing WI a day early (I.e tomorrow) so I can have them without guilt/worry or avoid and keep normal WI of Wednesday morning?
 
Will be having pancakes have kept my main meal pretty low in cals and the pancakes we have are just over 150 cals each so will be having 2 with lemon juice and sugar.
 
I doubt il be bothering with pancakes, I forgot all about it!!

This is my first full week of calorie counting and I haven't stuck to my calories for one day yet! Not been too crazily over apart from Friday, but still, it's annoying! Tonight I've gone over cos I'm having potatoes with my lamb chop and veg as I'm hungrier than I thought, but I figure better using the calories on that than eating lots of crap later cos I'm hungry!

Hope everyone else is doing well today!

I personally would stick to weigh in day, and if ur weights up or your loss is small, you have something to attribute it to. I used to chop and change my weigh in day to suit my bad eating etc and it's a slippery slope lol. Of course that's just what I would do, only you know what suits yourself :)

Been an ok day was hoping that my dinner was going to be nice and fast but forgot to get the quorn bacon in. Going out running at 7pm like to go when it's dark less people can see me lol. I hate it that potatoes have so many cals in them the same with pasta.

I think you're probably right and I can see how it would end up a slippery slope. I'll be giving up chocolate completely for Lent so hopefully that will help with future weeks. Must remember it's a marathon (or snickers teehee) not a sprint :)

Oh - I thought Easter eggs were calorie free as long as you eat them after the Easter Bunny calls and before the children go back to school?

I also think they're calorie free when you eat the ones you buy for other people, so long as you replace them.

Lol, I wish! Trying to avoid the buy two get two free offer from tesco!l probs take a few days off at Easter too, so I can have chocolate and go for a nice meal with oh

Definitely agree that eating 'real' food is the way forward - I think that when I eat tiny meals to be 'good' - I end up eating sweets etc cos I'm hungry - pity it's taken so many years to work that one out!

Had forgotten about 2moro - mmm... as WI is Weds and not had success with Slimming World pancakes - might make some SW choc brownies - with sweetened fat free from frais and berries then....

.... have pancakes immediately after WI!
