2014 weight loss challenge

Good morning ! I've changed my WI day to today as I've had a few stupid days and don't want another day the same so starting anew today rather than waiting till tomorrow. I've gained 2lb. I will break the 11 stone barrier and be 10.13 next week ! Again !!! Autumn I'm just a tube ! I will be so good for 5 days and terrible for 2 and stuff it all up ! REALLY going for it this week ! I WILL smash that 11 stone barrier for next mon !
 
I lost 2.4lb! And.....I'm now under 14st....13st 12.6lb this morning!!!

You sound just like me - I'm true to my sign in name - since I've been on here I've been much better with the 24/7 support from u lovely ppl but had a few wobbles!

I find that when I'm really motivated & really cut down on food to lose weight fast - that only lasts a few days then I binge - so I've listened to others' advice here and trying to be a bit kinder to me - stopped going extreme and and now I'm evening out those upndowns! Good luck on ur new start.
 
Aww I feel your pain, I've had a pretty crap week food wise too, it's so frustrating, feel like I'm all talk no action at the minute :-( fingers crossed you even get a small loss this week. Do you think you are struggling with your plan at the minute or was it just a one off?

Morning...was a bit naughty and had choc and a few other bits yesterday in celebration of weightloss...bit daft really to celebrate a loss with the food that put the weight there in first place...yet we all do it! lol

I'm a bit of a yoyo-er as well. Sometimes it's sooooo hard to get going as your head just isn't in right place. I spent a good few months faffing about before something clicked into place...I'm sure I am due another faff soon as in 13's...probably when I get closer to 12st bracket I bet! lol

Hi KMD - I love the weight watchers plan and do great on it when I'm not bring stupid and sabotaging my efforts !! I've lost a total of 1 stone 8. I've been on here since jan I think and since then I've lost a total of 3lb ! Should have / could have been a lot more than that but I keep faffing about and a lose a couple, gain a couple so on so on ..... Starting anew today (again lol !) which plan are you doing KMD ?

Sammyanth, good luck for tomorrow! Got my fingers crossed for a loss for you! What made you change from Calorie Counting to Weightwatchers? I've been toying with which diet to do but because of how busy I am (one full time job, 1 part time job, and a cake business!) I find calorie counting just fits in with me because I can plan what I eat, but I can also just look in the fridge and whip anything I want up as long as I stay within my calorie limit. I've lost 9lbs up to now so must be working. If I stop losing I may have a change around but just see how I go I guess :) We have the same goal weight so hopefully we can motivate each other! xx

Newme, well done on your huge weight loss that's amazing!!!I know exactly what you mean about being stupid and sabotaging your efforts. The thing to remember is everyone falls off the wagon, you just have to get straight back on it and not let it turn into a downward spiral. You have already lost a lot so you know you can do this! How much more do you have to lose? I'm currently doing calorie counting (1,200 cals a day) but may have a switch around if i stop losing but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. I have to have structure. The idea of free foods and unlimited fruit and veg wouldn't work for me I don't think because I would not stop eating! Haha.

P.s. I love this forum. Everyone is so friendly and motivating!! xxx

thank you, feeling good this morning cos the weather is nice so it def makes a difference!!! don't weigh in til friday so yup, four clean slate days to try and minimise any damage!

Well done CatA on your weight loss this week and good luck to everyone for a good week. Think we all need those naughty days sometimes don't we otherwise we would get completely bored with it all and give up. It's a gorgeous monday morning and a fresh start. Onwards and upwards! :)
