2014 weight loss challenge

Sammyanth - u asked to hear about my hypnotherapy - I'm plsd to say it's working well - as u know I'd gone completely off the rails for over 2 weeks - binge eating everydat - then promising myself to start 2moro - and didn't!! I'm now back 100% on plan so chuffed and hope it lasts!!

Oh that is fantastic news Upndown! I've been wondering how you've been doing and so pleased that you are back in the zone again. Hope you get a good loss then to spur you on! Well done! :) xx
 
I've managed a 0.8lb gain. Miracle after this week and all the stress binging.

I realise I never said what result was....I was dismissed. Had a one to one with HR who was soooooo nice to me without my awful stirring manager there. Confided in me that my job was a nightmare and that a lot of peoplr had walked/been sacked. Think they know where the fault lies as I have been given fully paid garden leave til end of June and then a full months payment in lieu of notice for July plus owed holiday on top. They only had to give me 2 weeks legally but HR got me more....again shows the guilt there and think there may be a lot of meetings with the ex-manager now somehow. The reasons were enough for me to take it further but I agreed the terms instead as I hated the job and the bullying from ex-manager and got a guarantee that any reference will not show any dismissal and that HR happy to say I am honest, trustworthy and hardworking.

Anyway, now I am free and more relaxed, from Monday I will be extra strict and can exercise during day. Hoping to get a few pounds off so holiday gain doesn't push me over where I am right now.

Need to be careful Tuesday though, I eat when nervous too and ...... I have an interview for the exact same role I left before this crap one I just escaped. Just in a different publishers this time. So keeping evrrything crossed as if I got it I could still say I had 4 weeks notice and then have a month to relax plus be paid twicr in July...woop!

Right, will try to amend list now.

Sorry to hear that you have been having trouble at work but good that its now all sorted. I would still say that you couldn't start until the beginning of july gives you chance to clear your head a little.

Hope that you are feeling okay about it. Ot really does show who was in the wrong and that they didn't want a tribunal case.

Here's to a stress free month. Try and relax with the interview it does help. Just think that you arent in the horrible situation you were and now your free to choose if it's a job you want to do. Remember your interviewing them too. Also that the interviewer can gey nervous too and they only want the best from you. (Ive done many interviews so know that I get nervous when interviewing someone?) Xxx
