2014 weight loss challenge

Sorry you have been struggling with things,you know you can do great when you are in the zone though :)there's definitely some psychological thing that people must do when they are near goal-I was seven pounds from goal a few years ago then gained 2 stone,don't know what it's all about but it's very annoying!

Yep keep coming back to SW - when I'm on plan it really suits me! Think you're right about the psychological thing - but it's annoying and up to me to sort it out!!

Stayed up late last night - cos I was thinking how I'd manage the weekend after another rubbish on/off plan week - also was getting fed up of posting whingey stuff!

So read thro lots of threads and could see lots of others struggling and feeling bad and others posting sometimes even moderate losses and sounding really chuffed (as they should!). That got me thinking that I've not felt good about my progress (or lack of) for months now - so decided to quit moaning and get on with it - cancelled our planned meal out and had an on plan b'fast and about to make soup for lunch ..... well it's a start! xx

Wow - 12.5 is nearly a stone - well done and 23.5 pounds is nearly 2 stone! Good to hear u doing so well sounding so positive! I've had 1.75 'good' days now so chuffed with that small win!

I had got down to 10st 8 then had a week of eating crap which put me back up to 10st 11,oops!! But done 2 days of juicing so another 26 to go,I won't break it this time! (I hope lol)

Well done you on ur 1.75 good days,I sometimes have to take each day an hour at a time just to make sure I don't break,losing weight is so hard sometimes (though I hear maintaining is worse so I dread that lol)

Thanks Upndown. Feel very disheartened this morning. Can't even look at food without piling on the lbs it seems! You are right though, I will really be on it again after half term!

Wd have def been a gain if I hadn't changed my WI back to Friday (swapped to Mondays while I was on the soup challenge but not a good day for me with weekend treats!)

Your guess is as good as mine lol! I do have 50 something syns left so may use them - but hopefully not all of them! Will you be on salad and diet drinks or cream cake and hot choc with all the trimmings?!
