thx - yes think not weighing is a good idea - cos I've not have upndown feelings with the fluctuating readings I get sometimes - then thinking 'oh stuff it and eating naughties!' So will try again this week! You did well last week too! Xx

Yes at least it's a loss - hope you lose something g as Texty F says - even a half pound is good when you think of it as coming off a part of your body you don't like! What are you doing weight loss wise - think you said you might do something different to juicing? Enjoy your weekend xx

I lost the same amount as you this week, 0.75lbs.frustrating as I tried hard this week,it's Totm and ive exercised more than normal so not sure if that's a factor or if I need to keep a tighter check on my food.im still juicing for breakfast and sometimes another meal and am just trying to make healthy choices the rest of the time,with one or two bad meals thrown in for my sanity.its more laid back than I usually eat so it will take a bit of getting used to because I work better with strict guidelines but I'm sick of counting/weighing etc so we shall see!

Could someone update me with 14.25 lost please?

In a non scale victory I managed a 5k run yesterday! I did cheat a bit and chose a route where a lot of it was downhill but I completed it none the less lol
 
Hi every one (waves) not been on here for quite a while . I got to my first target back in July and considering I've had holidays birthdays weekend aways plus my silver wedding anniversary I'm still in my target range :) but would love to get to my final target which is only 5lbs away . So hope to get there before Christmas which is 6 weeks away so a lb a week is what ideally I would like but I do have a big 50 birthday in between so we shall see . Good luck it's nice to be back x

That's fab sounds like your running on track nicely!
 
Today marks the start of positive back on track me. I went to the gym yesterday and ran 6K, cycled to the station this morning and so far have just had a nature valley bar rather than the crossiant I had got into the habit of having the last couple of weeks. That's not cheating - cheating's when u run until ur out of sight of the house - then stop off at the park - have a choc fest - run back home - enter house breathless!
 
Well I've got my motivation for the next few months, my best friend has asked me to be a bridesmaid in March. Is it realistic to want to be a stone lighter by then?

Would have thought that's doable - about 16 weeks - a pound a week - giving yourself a little wiggle room for Christmas! Good Luck!

A good way to start an on plan week!! Good luck - hope you post here if you're struggling - lots of support to be had - I wdn't be where I am now if it wasn't for Minis!! (not that I'm in that good a place - not having lost my Aug hol weight!)

Sorry, only just seen this! I am not really calorie counting, sometimes I put my food into MFP but usually I don't bother - when I do I find I'm usually around the 1,200 mark. I have been watching my portion sizes a bit, but I think I still eat quite a lot. I think the main thing for me is that I'e almost completely cut out snacking - meal-wise I eat a lot of quorn bolognese and sweet potato fries. I have veggie burgers and stuff too so not the healthiest but it seems to work for me

Well done on your 5k that's amazing :)

Thanks Upndown :) It will be a nice feeling to get the 1.5 stone, hopefully next Monday. It's since the end of Feb ;)
