28 weeks until christmas.......

Just thought I would let everyone know that its 28 weeks until christmas so even if we all lost 1 pound a week until then that would be a massive 2 stone.

Imagine being 2 stone lighter by christmas!!!

For me losing 1 pound a week until then would take me close to my goal weight so for me I would very much like to lose a little bit more than 1 pound a week and be at goal for christmas.

I know talking about Christmas is a bit early but it will be here before we know it!!!

Wow at 1lb a week I would be only 11lb away from my goal by Christmas, how amazing would that be!!!!! Thanks for posting xx

Thanks for the post hun, its certainly a good motivation for us all! I have my birthday in 10 weeks time, and I am determined to be a stone lighter by then!its good to have these goals to keep us focused
