Ah Mellie.... what you wrote was really lovely. I would be so lost without this forum also! Tis great to have people in the same situation who can understand. My DH had a try of ss this weekend, he was moody, lasted 2 days and said never again. He said he takes his hat off to me, so I am well chuffed with that. I also have two kiddies to cook for, its really not easy. Good on ya girl for doing so well and having such a positive attitude.
