    Well I lost 3lb. Would have liked more, but is only 6 days since I last was weighed so I shouldn't complain lol

    Yeah, still going strong thanks Jooles. Managed 2 nights at work without picking too so feel like thats a major acheivement. Took some chicken with me last night as I felt peckish and knew I would pick if I didn't take something.
