I lost 4lbs!!
I'm over the moon. As I stood on the scales all you could hear was "3lbs, 3lbs, 3lbs", so when she said 4lbs I was really happy!

It does move quicker in the begininning but averages out about a stone a month (ish)....that's my experience....

I am going to florida in 3 weeks and intend to try this diet just for the next 3 weeks - take a break for holiday and then restart when i come home. Is this a good idea?
