and I have lost 5lbs!!! I have no idea how that happened as I fell off the wagon so many times last week!

I'm so happy! 4lb left to lose and that's a stone!

Thanks everyone, I am so happy! It's made me motivated again.

I just worked it out and it's 3lb I've lost not 5lb. my cdc said when I was last weighed I was 13 stone 8, but according to my records I was 13 stone 6lbs, never mind still a 3lb loss.

Have you tried the bars Nessa? They take away the urge to chew and if you cut them into tiny pieces they will last you ages.
