4th week weigh in...

well..... i lost another three so i have done a total of 19lbs in a month and boyfriend lost 5 so he has done 26lbs in one month and boy is he getting handsome... he he

off to france tomorrow for a few days - as it's add a meal week going to do the 790 for a week instead so not to have to be so restricted.
