Good Morning,

How are we all today?

I was just on yahoo and seen an article about the 5:2 diet basically eat what you want 5 days and eat 500 calories (for ladies) for 2 days.

Just wondered if anybody has done it on here and what it really is all about?

I think the problem with these diets is that it's eating what you want that got you here in the first place! Why not just follow a sensible diet? ;)
