Well after being on this diet for 8 weeks and having lost 22lbs I went on holiday with every good intention of going up to step 2......I think I only had 1 shake during those 5 days.
I ate potatoes, bread, scones etc for 1st time again - I are well but I wouldn't say I pigged out to an extreme - I drank alcohol for 2 nights too.
I weighed myself when I came home yesterday & I'd gained half a stone!! I was stunned I would have been happy with 4lbs.
So today I became a returner - they say it's much harder to get back on it the 2nd time round but I have to - I have a 1st 7lbs now to get to goal. If I struggle to get there, I am going to have 5 shakes a day to help ease the hunger, for 1st 4 days - I am scared at how close Easter is
