i started at: 15.8 stone 222 pounds in June 2011
im now: 12 stone 170 pounds
my goal is: 10 stone
i didnt do anything specific, i exercised on the treadmill and elliptical and watched what i ate. i mainly just try to avoid white bread/pasta, fried food e.t.c but i still have them when i really want them!
im 5'7 25 years old
