6 week weigh in & preparing for the future

hi all

lost 6lbs!!! (boyf lost 3 - he has now lost 31lbs!!!)

got 12lb to go till goal so have started now to think about the future and staying at my goal weight.

I have decided to join both weight loss resources (or Nutracheck) and have ordered The Diet Plate, which will hopefully keep us on the straight and narrow - Portion control was the biggest issue so the diet plate should help with that and calorie counting is so useful so i know what i am doing, i will try to also eat lowish fat and just be really healthy.

This is all after maintenance of course so a few weeks to go yet!

if anyone wants to know more abotu the diet plate or WLR let me know cause i have looked into both.

Wes - Have only been walking the dog for about 30 mins each night nothing else.

Just got a lateral thigh trainer and will be doing 30 mins of that each night but not started yet as only got it last week.
