7 week damage limitation food diary, before i can join SW for real!

i am 33 weeks, pg .. have put on loads weight - no excuses, i was doing quite well when i first joined a sw class, then when i mentioned it to my mw she was not happy for me to continue, so i basically used that as an excuse to go off the rails .. however, i got a real shock when i saw myself in hairdressers mirror last week, didnt even recognise myself!
i have therefore decided to try and stick to sw from home, recording my daily food intake (but not weighing myself) in an effort to try and maintain or even lose cpl pounds, until baby is born and i can join a sw class for real!
please feel free to comment on my food diary, i realise at times im eating far too many sins .. but i feel be recording it in a diary im still holding some sort of control, so please dont be too harsh, lol

green day:

bfast: 2 med w/meal nimble (1 hea) + 2 tsp l/fat spread (2 sins) + little oil to fry 1 egg + mushrooms (2 sins)
snack: slices of water melon
