Had a bad day today!, long story short my mum has cancer and got some bad news so I ate.. its sooo annoying how I turn to food! Im currently 9st9 but on the 4th of December last year I got down to 9st and was sooo happy and I want to be it again I hate feeling crap about how I look so need to do it. my last weigh in is going to be Christmas eve ill be happy if im about 9st4 but if I cant get the 10lb im aiming for ir woukd be the best!!! So yeah just feeling really bad about the food I stuffed down earlier... tomorrow's a new day I suppose... first weigh I on Tuesday.. not looking forward to that :thumbdown:
