8 lbs in 4 weeks challenge??

Oh don't put yourself down - I think sometimes we want to lose weight but we keep sabotaging ourselves.
Maybe its not the right time for you & you've put too much pressure on yourself? Maybe try to focus on healthy eating to get back on track? We've still got 1 or 2 weeks left - you have still time to see a loss.
For the record i'm heading for a gain this week after a week away!!

Put on 1 pound this week - had week away with work with lovely food so very pleased. Have been back on it 100% since I came back - here's to a loss next week!
 
2.5 this week! I am very pleased! How many weeks have we done now, as I can't remember if I logged my loss last week...anyhoo, the last 5 weeks I have lost 6lb, so not quite made it, but still chuffed with my overall loss xx
