Hi,

I am currently following LL and looking at switching to CD, few questions if you don't mind answering -

I have about 5 stone to lose ( I have lost over 2 stone with LL in 7 weeks), I am really missing food and was thinking of doing CD 810 plan, can I do this straight off or do I need to do the SS?

What sort of weight loss could I expect on 810?

What sort of food do you eat?

Hi nat, i went straight from a month of LL to the CD810.

Ok, you won't lose as quick but you will still lose.

There is quite a lot that you are allowed on 810.
Chicken, quorn, tofu, tuna, cottage cheese, eggs.
Lots of varieties of veg.

Gave a mate a loan of my books but that's what i can remember off the top of my head.
