A point in the right direction

Hi, i have heard people talk about mixing red, green & EE in 1 week. I wouldnt mind trying this, but when i joined SW a few weeks ago i was only told how to do EE. So i wondered if somebody could explain to me the red & green days as i dont understand my book very much.

On a green day you have carbs, pasta, potatos, rice are free. On a red, its protein that is free rather than carbs, so meat and fish. On red and green you have 2 HEa's and 2 HEb's too. 1/3 plate of superfree isn't so *can't think of the right word* well you don't have to have 1/3 of a plate superfree if you don't want to on red and green.

Thats basically it in a nutshell.
