Hi I want to cook this fab sounding cheese burger pie that I have found in the recipe section on here, now it says total carbs 9 and serves 4 is that total carbs per portion or for the whole thing?

Any one able to clarify this for me? Many thanks in anticipation.

I think it is 9 for the whole thing, so just over 2 per portion - I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong, but I have made it and there is very little in there to add carbs, mainly the cheese and the onion (stick with spring onion if you can).

Mine was more than 9 for the whole thing. I would count all the ingredients seperately and then divide into how many slices you got.
I love the pie (and I miss it lol)

Yes I agree with Vicky... I made it about 6 carbs per portion (that was on 4 portions from that recipe). xx

1 average onion (180g)... 10 carbs, spring onions are better on induction. xx

Mushrooms are next to nothing.. 100g 0.5 carbs. x
