We all do it at some point, frustrating isnt it! Just think about how bad you feel about it now. I think its really not worth feeling all that guilt just over a bit of choc cake ... draw a line on it and move on :) x

So you had a bit of chocolate cake - that's OK, just move on with your day :)

Please don't spend all day hung up about a bit of cake, as long as you don't use it as a reason to have a big binge then you'll be fine and the pounds will still fall off!

well a 6th of an iceland choc gateaux is 141cals so not too bad and a bit of icecream just try and keep you cals as low after this and start again tomorrow.. dont beat yourself up and jump off the bandwagon!

I pigged out all last week as it was my birthday still lost 1/2 a lb lol. Glad I didn't put on! x

I should have took my own advice yesterday! was not anything naughty, just too much good food :( oh well today is a new day :D
