Am so annoyed I just started walking to where my car is normally, forgetting am in different carpark today!!!!!

It is not good at all and shouldn't be used in cruise or even consolidation (unless part of your gala meal). I wouldn't eat anymore of it and get a 0% fat one to eat next time. Plenty of water and you may stall a little from it as your body has had fat as an intake but as long as you eat no more there will be no long term damage done.

Well done on your weight loss so far though.
