    What can you have on add a meal week.How much of everything?I need help.

    HI Sue here you go...


    100gcottage cheese(reduced fat)
    50g chicken ir turkey breast without skin
    80g cod,haddock or other white fish
    80g quorn
    60g soft tofu or 120g firm tofu.


    choose from the following about two tablespoons...

    green salad leaves, rocket,lettuca,watercress,raddiccio, little gem/romaine lettuces.

    celery,cucumber or red radishes.
    courgettes, cauliflower or ay cabbage even pickle
    spinach, kale,turnip or taro tops asparagus, fennel and celeriac
    chinese leafy greens like pak choi or chinese cabbage

    cook in microwave, steam or paoch in water. serve salads raw or with fat free salad dressings dont add fat or salt but do add herbs or a little stock if you want.
