i have been thinking about it and i think bon has a couple of days off at the beginning of this week in any case, hence we haven't heard from her. am going to sling her a text and see how she's doing later and will let you all know :)

well today is going rather slowly so far... but then only 8 hours to go now :)

i am meeting a friend for lunch today to show her my wedding invitations. have nabbed the paper guillotine from work to slice and dice the inserts for my invitations as i realised yesterday it would take weeks if i did it all by scissor... i'm too much of a perfectionist.... so i'll do that at some point today and then i can get some glue to get sticking :)

then i need to figure out what we are going to eat. surely it would make sense to ask people for their menu choices in with the invitation? but i haven't chosen the menu yet... oops. so i may have to ask that seperately...

my ticker is not correct bren. it's at my pre-christmas weight. so about half a stone from where i am now. i can't remember what i weighed in at this morning. i think it was 14st 2.5lbs and i was 13st 8.5lbs before christmas i believe. so 8 pesky lbs to go!! want it gone by the end of march if poss... probably not but that's what i'm going to go for. we'll see how far we get...
 
Right!! lots of water for you and me and I think i need to shake up and start having a better variety with my foods. I've been eating the same as of late just out of laziness...
 
well i have crackerbreads and tuna for my lunch :D rather looking forward to them. may go and make them now in fact...

Abz you are sounding focused. Your on your way to loosing the 2 or more lb's a week. Is offical weigh in day Wednesdays then for you??

welldone on the loss abz!

Think about how long it takes to grow wheat and grind and bake a loaf of bread?? Maybe a 2 months?? So if this makes one loaf and you have to spread it over a min of 6 weeks this how much bread you should be eating (maybe 1 slice a day or every other day!).

oh I dont agree with just one slice of bread a day or every other day...:eek: :rolleyes:
 
nope. i weigh in on mondays bren. but i like to weigh myself most days to make sure i'm staying on track...
 
I know it sounds hard but really when we think about how much bread we eat when dieting this isn't a bad amount to stick with when on maintainence. Because every day you dont have bread, or having a slice a day, you could have a small serve of pasta or rice in the week too???

well i've had 10 points throughout today but also had a small piece of fruit cake as we were trying it to see if we want it for our wedding cake. so i had to really, ha. but i'm sure it won't be 13 points worth of cake. it filled me up though so i don't think i'll need anything else today!!
