Hiya, CD is Cambridge Diet, SS is Sole Source which I think is doing the CD by only using the packs and not eating any food at all. SS+ is adding a bit of food & then I think there are various other plans to reintroduce food slowly towards the end (I think that's right). x
I'm fine, it's a shame to be working on such a nice day though, I could be out in the park taking Mad Max the Choccie Lab for a walk, I'll probably do that this evening Jools.
hi guys. well it all went fabulously. dress still looked amazing. will deffo be getting a bra though, ha. but there's no point quite yet as i could end up a different size...
they aren't doing a coloured back panel for me now, just a coloured tie thing to lace it up. i was there on my own so i had to ask all the shop assistants which combination was better and we all agreed that red tie on white back panel looked the best.
and i'm going back on the 16th june and that is when she is going to do any more taking in alterations if they are needed. which is perfect timing as i'm wanting to come of ss then anyways. so there we go. lovely jubby. and she's going to sew the straps on too, even though that's for my peace of mind than any practical purpose as one on that bloody dress isn't going anywhere!! ha.
so there we go. she's making it shorter too. but i still feel like i'm going to trip over it. hee. i've also had to buy a hoop skirt and they are doing some kind of bustle tie thing so i'll be able to dance in it as it trails on the floor at the back. so today has cost me £150!! a hell of a lot more than i was expecting... i can't really afford to keep on doing cd if we're going to be able to pay for the wedding but it isn't like i can come off it either so i'm going to have to worry about things like then when i have to
Glad it went well even tho expensive for you ,, but well worth it for the biggest day of your life where your the most important person in the world. im sure the finances will sort themselves out somehow dont they always lol
3.5lbs in two weeks. which is a bit naff. but given my brief foray into the world of carbs on friday night on my one 1000 day (sigh) i suppose i should be ok with that. and it's going in the right direction. my body has never helped me do this before so why should i expect it now? so that's 10lbs in four weeks. but that's after the initial water loss oomph too so it should all be fat
oh. and did i mention I'M THE LIGHTEST I'VE BEEN SO FAR ON CAMBRIDGE. have finally finally finally gotten rid of every squatter i ever had from christmas, birthdays, going off plan because i couldn't afford it etc etc and can finally move my ticker down. not sure how far down as i can't even remember what it's on but THE TICKER FINALLY GETS TO BLOODY MOVE!! after about three months of staying very very still
oh. and i lost 1/4 inch off my arms so hopefully my push ups against the wall are doing something
four weeks to go and feeling optomistic. really need to concentrate on remembering to have all my packs though as i've been really bad at that the last few days and that may have contributed to my lower loss too...
oh. and did i mention i'm FINALLY in the 13s on my CDC's scales woohoo!! so i've reached my first goal, ha. so a few milestones this week when i think about it. even if it has been a bit of a shoddy loss. roll on next week... although i'm not getting weighed by my cdc for a fortnight
woooooooooooo well done abz getting in the 13s and great news about your dress.... Im loosing again just got back from weigh in and Id lost 5lbs (4lbs which I gained last week)
