ha. maybe she does. i honestly don't know.. .but i think they are more simple than the books she writes.
hour and a half an i get to go home. wooooohooo.
oh. didn't you say it was poland you were going back to so you weren't going to be a cdc? turns out that poland is an established cd country just in case you were interested
yup, i know they have cd in Poland it just works a bit differently there apparently, u can only do SS in Poland for only 3 weeks, and then that's it, and therefore u have skinny ppl trying to lose 4 pounds on CD, while already being a healthy weight, and recently i heard from my best friend that her friend from uni bought cd shakes from polish ebay to lose some weight, and she weighs.... 57kg (9st) and is 5ft7... so u know, cambridge works a bit differently there
i'm still gonna stick around till summertime, until i am done with uni, then i'm going back. am going home for christmas tho can't wait
i visit a polish CD forum once in a while and it always amazed me how different it is there. i mean, here u have to be overweight in order to do SS or SS+, and there u have perfectly normal ppl doing it because they want to lose a few more pounds, and of course, they gain it all back, and then go back on CD, and so on... and u don't really have councelors in poland, i think u buy CD off dietitians or from the one and only cambridge diet manufacturer/councelor in Warsaw there actually is a polish cd webpage where u order the products.
but to a more positive note- they apparently have more cambridge bar flavours!!! i was amazed!
well american cd is a totally different company to ours. maybe it's the same in poland. started off the same but was bought out by something else? also the country's government's health recommendations do a lot to govern how long to ss for and what weight you have to be so i suppose a lot of it is to do with that. but when you see how each country does it differently it's hard to know what is actually healthy and what isn't as we're all going on health recommendations.
they have mushy peas as well
and the cambridge bar flavours in Poland are as follows:
strawberry-apple bar
lemon bar
clementine-flavour bar
apricot-vanilla bar
the rest of the bar flavours stay the same.
sounds lovely same with the american one isn't it. they seem to have amazing flavours for their shakes and bars. but the diet doesn't work in the same way.
i don't know yet. I'd love to work for the Interpol (International Criminal Police Organization) but it's probably amazingly hard to get in.
I do MA in Strategic Studies at Leeds Uni.
sounds really interesting. I did computing at leeds uni. and worked in the eddy boyle library for two years until about 8 months ago. i've probably seen you around. ha.
my cousin helena studied at leeds uni so ive been up there loads. she's 24 in jan so im thinking you'll have been at uni when she was abz? ive probably seen you around n all! so are you not originally from leeds then? x
i'm not no. i moved around yorkshire a bit but lived in a tiny village in the north york moors from being 10. went to school and college in whitby. went to uni in leeds where my ex-boyfriend was and was with him for 6.5 years. strange really. he was a year older than me so we spent a year apart. it was horrid. we made it through that and broke up years later... life is strange sometimes. hopefully am going to see him and his family near christmas. really looking forward to it. we have remained friends over the last couple of years but i miss his family. i was there a lot from turning 17
morning chaps. well this morning i tried on my size 16 trousers and they won't even do up. but my 18s are really baggy and my small 18s are starting to bag quite a bit. but then it occurred to me that the 16s are the same make and were bought at the same time as my small 18s.
so i've just checked my measurements against the next size guides and i'm either in, or within half an inch of being a size 16 on all counts (except boobs which remain, unfortunately, huge). so that's quite reassuring makes me feel like i'm going to get there before christmas. however, i don't have anything else in a size 16... so what do i do? do i try and buy a size 16 that fits or do i wait until the small ones i've got fit? i mean. it makes no difference really, as long as i am getting smaller, but i would love to have something in a size 16 that i actually fit into. i think it would still be a wee bit too tight to wear properly, but it would make me feel like i was getting closer...
ABZ....................go and buy something for being fabulous! Ill buy it for you just pick it out and send me the bill.
How are you getting on honey, besides?
