Abi's weightloss diary - post jaw surgery

ha. i'd like to lose it all!! but i'm not sure that's possible now without the fast results of cambridge. but we can but try. i would like to be a size 14 if i can manage it. i HAVE to be a 16 because that's the size my dress is. am currently an 18 so i don't have any choice in the matter as far as that goes. am still about half a stone heavier than before chrimbo. want that gone now. so basically. ideally, i would be two and a half stone lighter in five months time... however i think one and a half to two stones would do it. all i can do is my best. i have upped my exercise quite considerably over the last month and can feel my muscles getting bigger on my legs and my arms from all the swimming i'm doing. so i'm more concerned about my size than my weight really.

You'l get there abz. what about trying atkins or something similar clarri said her sister had started this beach diet and had lost 11lb in first week?

it comes down to cost again. at the end of the day you can eat really cheaply and keep the cals low if carbs are involved. if you take out carbs then things start getting a bit more costly and more difficult. just trying to keep things cheap and easy at the mo, ha. but i have been thinking about it. i have low-carbed before and i enjoyed it :)

ha. no worries. low carbing is fab for weight loss. especially if all the carbs come from veg. so you feel great. however i'm a total carb addict... the thought of going through carb withdrawal right now... i may not actually have a man to marry by the end of it... hee :D

Abz, you are one focused woman, you will down to your dress size and have a wonderful day. Only wish I could be there to see you!!!

there will be plenty of pics bren :D no worries. well, actually, plenty of worries, if i'm still fat i'll never forgive myself with all the chances i've had not to be beforehand!!

remember abz thomas loves u now when u were bigger so dont beat urself up too much cos sometimes that has the opposite effect

oh i know. and i won't. it's just if i have a goal firmly in mind, even if i only make my way half way to it, it's better than not moving towards it at all, which is what i'm currently doing!!

howdy chaps. good morning and all that. i went swimming last night. 40 lengths!! woo. 30 of them were breaststroke which is my real achievement. i'm a crawler usually. but breaststroke helps my back more so... there we have it. and i'm aching like heck to prove it today too.

am eating special k for brekkie this morning and am thinking of doing the special k slimmer jeans challenge... but i'm going to have to read up on what it is first :)

Morning miss :)

Yay well done with all that swimming!! it must be doing you so much good, and i hope it helps your back too!

Shame the Special K diet is no good, but it does sound like basic stuff which you are doing anyway...

So what you having for your lunch today? have you bought a sandwich or something already?
