Hi, can anyone tell me why the fat free original actimel pots are 1.5 syns each? where do the syns come from? thanks

Because fat free does not necessarily mean sugar free

If you look at the ingredient list sugar is listed. It's the same with yoghurts - not all fat free yoghurts are syn free because some have added sugar.

The ingredients are:

Yogurt (Skimmed Milk, Skimmed Milk Concentrate, Yogurt Cultures), Water, Skimmed Milk, Dextrose, Stabiliser (Pectin), Sweeteners (Aspartame, Acesulfame K), L.Casei Danone Culture (Lactobacillus Casei DN 114001), Vitamin B6, Vitamin D, Flavouring, Contains a source of Phenylalanine.

Dextrose is a type of sugar.
