Activity Points - To eat or not to eat?

Hi, I started WW 4 weeks ago (this is my 5th week). I have done Lighterlife and slimming world before and have regained the majority of the weight I lost.


Can you tell me if I should be eating the activity points I am gaining?? So if I do 6 points of activity do I add them to my daily allowance or just "bank" them? :confused:

I bank mine Claire But I do tend to go over on my points over the weekend so I guess it's a buffer

claire my advice would be take each day as it comes. dont eat them for the sake of eating them if you get what i mean. bank as many as possible, but as recovering chocaholic says at the weekends if you go overboard, you can use them and feel guilt free. it also depends on how much exercise ur talking about, i sometimes can earn nine in a day and if my points are used and im starving after the gym i might use two on a small bowl of cereal before i go to bed. try not to waste them, if ya can hold them do, and if you need to use them know that they are there. theres no set way to do it or not. thats whats so great about weightwatchers, its flexible! :D
