I usually go jogging for an hour and earn 14. I do this 3 times a week. I went cycling with my dad one weekend and earned a whopping 22 points! Haven't had the chance to do it again yet, no sitter for my little ones :(

They say aim for 4-6 per day but I prefer earning more every other day/3 times a week.
