Hi,
So I had to share this! I made the Rogan Josh Curry Paste from Jamie Oliver's Ministry of food leaving out any oil. I have to say it was so delish. Heres a link to the recipe :

I then followed the recipe for the lamb rogan josh ommitting any oil (although I used less liquid it seemed very liquid indeed the first time I tried this), I would add the water gradually until you reach the consistancy you require Recipe below:

Although I had meat in mine. I replaced the yoghurt with low fat creme freche and it was gorgeous. The recipe made around 5 portions. I used weight watchers creme freche a whole tub which is 200ml a tablespoon is 15ml so in the whole thing there is 7 syns (rounding up) of creme freche. This makes this 1.4 syns a portion 1.5 for ease.
If there are any syns I've neglected to add please let me know but this is so yum. Admittedly the paste takes a little preparation but I made a double batch and froze some, I've yet to defrost it but it should be perfectly fine! I'm going to attempted the same with some creme freche and the tikka masala so watch this space for an update!
