Advice needed....

If you have a bad day (which is how today/night seems to be headed for me) what do you do bout getting back on track?
Eg. Restart the next day but without weeklies or what other options do people suggest?
Am really struggling and cant get head round what to do and am wondering if ww isntfor me or whether to try simply filling but would need my weeklies for that :sigh:
 
Would depend on how many weeklies you have left. Less than 15 i'd just use em up.

I'd just restart the next day, and go from there.
 
Know the feeling. We'll just have to stick to our dailies until WI day and feel good knowing we managed to get back on track.
 
yeah just stick to dailies until next fresh week
 
you could try doing some exercise for points x

Just use ur dailies.. Be careful and pick food that's worth your points
