So i havent stopped eating and drinking since last thursday, and so this is the result...+5lbs on...not gonna cry over it, just gonna crack on and get it off again

It was half term week so I went down to my sons for a few days. I didn't go out as I couldn't be bothered so no damage done on the weight front.
