Ainsley harriet

Could anyone tell me the syns for some of the Ainsley Harriet couscous and risottos please if they are listed in the SW site.? They look nice but am scared to buy them in case they are loaded with syns.

Also the fage 2% yoghurt with the fruit in the separate little pot.

Oh god I am devastated, stupid of me to think they are Free! Deffo going to have to start buying the plain stuff and seasoning it myself!

Wow thoses syns have gone up I had them when I first started SW and the were very low!

No not really, they were just listed differently before with syns per 100g of made up product so they looked lower
