Ive tried doing a search but can only find results for the Ainsley Harriot couscous's but I really want this risotto to go with my dinner tonight!

The full name is Ainsley Harriot World Kitchen Wild Mushroom Risotto. The pack is 120g dried.

Can anyone find me the syn value for this packet?

Gala mushroom risotto is free in green and ee as is their veg erosion. The cheese has syns can't remember how much. Just thought I would tell you for future reference
