My Food Diary

So here goes… I’ve decided to post my weekly food diary.
General points to note:
I'm doing SW by myself at home. Syns are my best guess, please let me know if you think I'm way off.
To start 2Ltr water (at least) per day is a must. Even if the food plan goes Pete Tong, water must prevail. I will try to raise this to 3Ltr going forward.
Eating something at least every 4 hours to avoid metabolism shutting down – or so I’ve heard.
My name is TrixiePixie and I am addicted to bread. I have decided to remove bread from my diet for the foreseeable future. I have, as you will note, consumed a few crumpets this week however based on my previous usual weekly bread consumption this is amazing!
I’m initially trying to avoid pre-packaged snacks eg cereal bars and crisps. A few reasons for this decision: fruit & muller lite can usually fill the snack gap, I shop at different places (spoilt for choice) so I don’t want to be tied to buying certain things from certain shops. My emergency snack is Space Vaders Pickled Onion crisps.

WEEK ONE
Aim: Drink 2L water per day & STAY ON TRACK!

Sunday
2 Weetabix with semi skimmed milk
Mushroom Omelette
Large Ham Salad
Muller Lite
3 Fishfingers, wedges, baked beans (6 syns)
Mixed fruit
5 Cups of tea with semi skimmed milk
2 Ltr Water

Monday
Half Pink Grapefruit
2 Weetabix with semi skimmed milk
2 apples
2 breakfast muffins (sw recipe – syn free)
Large Ham Salad
11.8g Packet Space Raiders Crisps Picked Onion (3 syns)
Muller Lite
Mixed Fruit
Chicken Tikka, Rice & Salad (chicken marinated only in Asda tikka dry rub)
2 crumpets with marg (5 syns)
5 Cups of tea with semi skimmed milk

Tuesday

Wednesday
